Plan of attack

I think the main problem with this essay is going to be how to get the word count down to below 2000 words..

Ok, well having walked the dog I have an initial plan and I know what one of the images will be already..

I think the way to deal with this is to break the issues down and deal with them separately:-

• Legality
• Morality
• Privacy

Then discuss how these issues effect and are effected by the different elements of society involved in the creation of consuming of art:-

• Artists
• Viewers
• Wider Society
• The Media
• The Legislators

At the end, I would like to conclude that the current discrepancies in both the law and in the what the general public believes to be correct are a direct result of the influence of the media on society. And that the thing that has fuelled the media has been changing technology.

The first image I thought of when planning this essay was to use the Falling Man.

I think this image will illustrate most of what I want to say with regards to privacy and morality.

As for my second image, I would like to find something to illustrate the legal issues. I am still contemplating the choice of my second image.
